Individuals emerged, from the very beginning, to flank the leaders of Park Street School and Park Street Kids – and their vision - with unwavering support. They supplied encouragement. They brought financial help. They conveyed enthusiasm. Through the years, they’ve offered sound counsel, prayed and served with cheerful hearts. With it all, they’ve brought with them a bond, a sense of community that still rings through the halls of our schools.

What does community look like at Park Street School and Park Street Kids?

It is the dad who volunteers to lead prospective parents on a tour during the Admission Department’s Open House. It’s the teacher who offers a hug to a student having a tough day. It’s the parent who flips pancakes for the annual breakfast, or, the mom who spends hours firing classroom projects in our kiln for the silent auction. It’s the trustee who attends almost every school concert, play or graduation, or, the moms who gather to pray for the school. It’s the grandparents who fly in from Georgia to spend a few hours with their Pre-K grandson for Grandparent Day, or the neighbor who drops off books for the school library.
